What is AREAS
Association of Real Estate Advisors, Siliguri, alias AREAS is an association of highly committed Real Estate professionals formed on 30th May, 2015 with an aim to take professionalism to the next level in the real estate industry of North Bengal, Sikkim and adjoining areas of North East India.
It comprises of Real Estate Advisors, Consultants, Agents, Brokers, Realtors and Professionals as its core members, who are involved in Marketing, Sales and Leasing of Real Estate projects and properties in the entire region.
Over the period, AREAS also has brought the other stakeholders of the Real Estate Industry under its umbrella which includes ancillary partners who are directly or indirectly associated with the real estate industry, like RERA Experts, Chartered Accountants, Legal Advisors, Furniture Manufacturers, Interior Designers, Architects, etc.
The association aims to inspire confidence and faith among the real estate consumers and investors by providing fair, transparent and ethical services and practices.
AREAS is a Not for Profit organization with an aim to achieve world class standards by providing above par service through proficient approach to our clients and promoter partners.

AREAS Siliguri is a part of NAR India – the top representative body and advocacy group for those in the Real Estate Transaction Advisory. NAR-INDIA was formed in the year 2008 to establish the highest standards and accreditation in the real estate industry and facilitate professional development for its members.
Currently , AREAS Siliguri has 2 Governing Body Members representatives in the NAR India.

AREAS & CREDAI – NBCollaboration
AREAS Siliguri is also closely working with Real Estate Developer fraternity in the region that is CREDAI-North Bengal, since its inception in 2015. We have also signed a MoU with CREDAI – NB, which enables us to benefit all the stakeholders involved.
With joint programs and events happening all through out the year enables us to
maintain cordial and healthy relation amongst Developers and Realtors. Both the organizations ensures that they help each other in understanding their consumer’s need better and are in a better position to serve the consumer’s needs and demand
together.
Be it Independence Day, Republic Day, Property Expo’s, Realty Publications, Tree Plantation Drives for Green City Initiatives, Blood Donation Camps, or any other business or Social events or activities for promoting the real estate in the region or for promoting welfare of the society, we try to do it jointly so that we could reach a wider audience and benefit maximum people.
