Our Background
AREAS stands for ‘Association of Realestate Advisors, Siliguri’. In the world of real-estate fraternity, AREAS is the representative body of North Bengal at ‘National Association of Realtors’ (NAR). Basically, AREAS is a unified platform of Realtors, persons & groups indulged with realestate affairs, based at Siliguri City. Its members are experts in the field giving wide range of Real Estate Services to Builders, Corporate and common members organisation. At present, the strength of association AREAS is of 51 members. Their representation is of providing their clients & customers with searches for Realestate Amenities such as rent/buy/sale/lease/consultancy of plots,houses,apartments, warehouses,godowns, residential/commercial spaces, etc. Members from the Arctitecture, Interior Designing, Modulars & Craftsmanship also are associated with AREAS.

The North-East Corridor
Siliguri is the second largest urban agglomeration in West Bengal according to area after Kolkata and the third largest according to population in the state following Kolkata & Asansol. Due to its tremendous growth, Siliguri is now far away from its past outlook as Siliguri is the largest and fastest growing City in Eastern India after Guwahati.
Siliguri has been advancely growing as the largest metropolis of North Bengal. Due to the geographical advantage of Siliguri & its connectivity with four International borders i.e. China, Nepal, Bangladesh and Bhutan, this place has great strategic importance in West Bengal. This place is also known as the Chicken’s Neck as it connects the North-Eastern States with Indian mainland. Located at the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas, Siliguri is blessed by its natural beauty. Over time, the Siliguri Corridor has become a commercially progressive city and an indicative trading and transportation hub.
