Our Background
AREAS stands for ‘Association of Realestate Advisors, Siliguri’. In the world of real-estate fraternity, AREAS is the representative body of North Bengal at ‘National Association of Realtors’ (NAR). Basically, AREAS is a unified platform of Realtors, persons & groups indulged with realestate affairs, based at Siliguri City. Its members are experts in the field giving wide range of Real Estate Services to Builders, Corporate and common members organisation. At present, the strength of association AREAS is of 51 members. Their representation is of providing their clients & customers with searches for Realestate Amenities such as rent/buy/sale/lease/consultancy of plots,houses,apartments, warehouses,godowns, residential/commercial spaces, etc. Members from the Arctitecture, Interior Designing, Modulars & Craftsmanship also are associated with AREAS.

for those in the Real Estate Transaction Advisory.
AREAS & CREDAI – NB Collaboration
AREAS Siliguri is also closely working with Real Estate Developer fraternity in the region
that is CREDAI-North Bengal, since its inception in 2015.
